The interview process started positively, with an initial conversation that felt human, collaborative, and respectful. However, the final stage was the complete opposite — the tone shifted dramatically, and the conversation felt more like an interrogation than a dialogue between potential colleagues. Throughout the discussion, there was no real curiosity about my experience or perspective, and the message was clear: the only thing that matters is generating revenue. The environment came across as one where pressure, performance at any cost, and a lack of psychological safety dominate. If that’s the kind of culture someone thrives in, this company might be a match. But if you value collaboration, respect, and a healthy approach to leadership, I would think twice before applying.
