When we miss on aligning someone to the right work, it creates a bad experience. This isn’t common, but it has happened and there’s opportunity to reduce those experiences. Given the consultative nature of the roles we have at PayTech, we do expect our employees to be resourceful with the experts on staff and with the system and payroll training available to them. We have a highly experienced Sales team who works closely with Operations to ensure we have alignment on scope and ensure resources are capable and supported. Benefits coverage and cost continue to be a top priority for PayTech as we battle industry and usage cost increases facing every business. PayTech extends a great deal of resources to keep coverage and costs competitive. Salaries and incentive programs remain competitive for our industry and business model of employing W2 employees and not 1099 which is unique. Our consultants deliver incredible results because of the accelerated amount of experience within our organization compared to a typical back office HCM role.
