-Good entry into sales -Good start to career

-Super toxic work environment -Some managers aren't the best and don't act like managers, will help out reps who are their favorites but wont help other reps because they are "too busy" sitting in their office on their phone

uncapped commission and good onboarding/training if coming from out of industry

Cons

Since recent Paycor acquisition the company culture has shifted. Sales reps are motivated with fear tactics disguised as accountability. The strategy has become call any phone number that is in service just trying to get a voice on the other end, push through objections and attempt get an appointment that will be a no show. They would rather see a higher number of appointments set rather than quality meetings. This leads to appointments being set that are fake driving up the average and making leadership think they need more and more meetings to create pipeline. Leadership pushes you to work outside working ours like you are running your own business but in the end it's not your business.
