Pros
Flexibility in schedule and training. They provide excellent training as a new employee. They also are very top notch in terms of teaching labor laws. They also provide hr professionals with the ability to get either their PHR or SPHR and your LAH.
Cons
The pay is not very good. Employees are not properly reimbursed for mileage. Sales get a stipend of less than $300 a month to cover cell phone and mileage costs. HR Generalists only get reimbursed $0.37 per mile. The benefits stink and are expensive. The time off benefits are o.k. although you only get 2 weeks of vacation until your 5th anniversary. The holidays are few (6 total).
