Pros
Paystone is a great company to work for the company culture is awesome. The flexibility of remote work and also the opportunity to grow is something that is very good, the hiring process was good. They were very communicative and kind during the interviews and never asked we are out of context questions, I always felt very comfortable.
Cons
I guess one con is that if you're not used to work from home at times it can feel like you're just working by yourself, but they try to reduce that with team meetings.
