      - Fast paced - Learn alot - Most of the co-workers are helpful to newbies - Relaxed environment (compared to past gigs)

      - Some of the technology could be more up-to-date - Could be a bit more organized as it can be daunting for newbies

      From home and relaxed working environment

      Cons

      They never know when the project will end or start so you can’t line up other work. Projected end 16th and we end 10 days early? Thats a lot of wages now I don’t have.
