Pros

great benefits great non-upper management people can work from home flex time

Cons

CEOs getting multi-million dollar bonuses while employees get tiny raises lack of respect for workers ridiculous deadlines long hours without appreciation expectation to always work long hours fear of being let go if you don't work long hours lots of reorgs management is clueless very little training systems always changing due to reorgs not concerned with quality only bottom line outsourcing to companies because of price not quality lack of communication lack of job description meetings meetings meetings lots of vacation time but management dictates when it can be taken inequalities galore

Pros

When a project goes according to plan you can work with some great people and make decent money.

Cons

Bad behavior is tolerated when you have a weak team member. They are allowed to remain on payroll, even if they do not effectively contribute. The burden is often placed on the team members willing to pick up the slack. Promotions are not given to the most qualified. They are randomly assigned. There are some horrible scoring directors as a result.
