The company offers a lot of possibilities to grow as a professional: you are able to work on different projects in different countries closing different positions. Yes, it is hard, sometimes resumes and candidates are coming to your dreams :) but I loved that you do not stay on the same level. Your career growth will be as fast as you want it to be, the sky is the limit. And of course it has to do a lot with your Country Manager and where you work. I was lucky to have one that really challenged me every day. Another thing I would like to mention is professionalism. Your experience of work will be different from country to country. I do believe that it will be a lot harder for guys in Moldova to achieve the results and positions that are available in other countries.
