Pros
Great People from product managers, to planners to shop personnel who have been there many years. Quality pumping products
Cons
Really bad leadership who upset the apple cart and let many very good people go for the sake of change. Current leadership has no idea what relationship building means, and have alienated many channel partners. Regional sales managers have no leverage, can't even travel to prospect new customers unless they are told to do so. Division, marketing and sales leadership have not clue how to create relationships either internal or external. Customer experience is non existent.
