      Pros

      Customers were the best. Even though Pepboys over sales. The CSR's are instructed to just get the most dollar you can. wages are low and the employees get a percentage of sales along with the GM getting a bonus for sales. Scam artists these people are.

      Cons

      They suck you in with promises and than take full advantage of you. Pay verses hours were terrible. A company I would rate as the #1 worse company to work for.

      Pros

      Through my career I have learned a lot on the automotive industry.

      Cons

      Corporate found a way to cut payroll by approximately $1k monthly to former assistant managers by eliminating the overtime associated with the position and eliminating the position , renamed it and lowered the hourly rate and put them under " commission ". Results...many guys looking for a new job cause with cost of living constantly increasing pay went down drastically plus most stores are understaffed but corporate keeps pushing for productivity, really bad work environment.
