Pros
Casual laid-back atmosphere. No one is jumping down your throat in my department. People are generally nice.
Cons
It takes a long time to get an idea off the ground. By the time you implement, the idea has morphed into something else. Some dead weight around at the corporate offices. People just riding it out is the feeling you get. IT applications are outdated. Many people still on Office 2003. Haven't had an all-departmental meeting in months. Not sure what the overall strategy is for my department or the company in general. Corporate office is old and drab Lots of systemic problems that drain the company of money.
