      Co workers are nice, we joke around when we aren't busy

      We aren't busy, no one is able to make commission due to the lack of business and the pay structure for commission.

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
