      - The pay in the service department as an advisor is great. You will get out of it exactly what you out into it.

      Cons

      - You will get lost in the crowd but if you make sure you stand out you will be given opportunities. - Not much support from upper management.

      Pros

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
