My job is not just working on cars doing oil changes and tires agst also has to clean put up inventory assist technicians if they need help and know that is documented so if you're a GST and you mainly do inventory put up tires clean dump trash and scrap metal there's no way to document it and on paper it just looks like you don't do anything even though you're doing everything! the GST keeps the money flowing but the company does not care about the GST we get no perks no commission no benefits and apparently now we don't even get raises after being with the company for over two years even if you had a job when pep boys hired you and you left your other job expecting pep boys to help you move up in the industry you love pep boys will turn around spit on you and tell you you should be lucky to even have a job
