Pros
There is nothing positive or good about this company.
Cons
I actually applied and received an offer from this company when in Waterloo but after a quick read over 3 years ago felt the vibe wasn’t right…. Oh was I spot on! If your a human being do not apply to work here. They will put you down, drain you of all your goodness and spit you out feeling like your the problem… your not! This isn’t fashion; this is hell! Don’t even bother opening your mouth if you have any experience or knowledge of the industry as all the illegal and backwards doings will cost you your job. Make sure you use the bathroom before coming to work as there is none and make sure you don’t injure yourself as the company has no insurance. If you love fashion and working in the warehouse this is NOT a stepping stone to get into the industry. Youll learn how to fold clothes everyday all day, your not allowed to touch customer returns as that means those undelivered sales actually get refunded to the customer and they do not want that! You’ll hear constantly from management how rude and mean both owners are, how you will be fired on the spot if they don’t like you and be threatened daily about termination. There’s defiantly no culture, no career progression and a very toxic workplace. There’s no company perks, no uniform and yes 50% off products but the make is so cheap and bad you won’t want to represent the brand and wear it anyway. Don’t expect a permanent role either, they don’t do that as why would they want permanent staff! No wonder the turnover is so high!
