I had a very positive experience with Pepperstone’s interview and onboarding process. Matthias from the Talent Acquisition team was incredibly helpful throughout the interview process. He was accommodating with my time slots, communicated clearly, and provided very transparent updates at every stage, which made the whole experience stress-free and well-organised. The onboarding process was equally smooth and seamless. From day one, the team was very welcoming, and everything I needed to get started was prepared in advance. It made my first day productive and reassuring, and really reflected a structured and people-focused culture. Overall, a great experience that left a strong first impression of the company.

The insurance benefit could be more comprehensive and extensive. Other than that, no other comments for now. The team seems nice and welcoming.
