      1. If you reach senior levels, travel opportunities are available 2. Good office locations

      Cons

      1. Definitely a dog eat dog environment, where people look for and highlight each others mistakes. 2. A lot of gossiping and pretence of niceties 3. Not a lot of care from management at all with regards to individuals thoughts or concerns 4. Work like balance is not good at all 5. Very political

      Unrealistic expectations, poor work-life balance, and a very cliquey culture. The ‘Pepperstone way’ feels cult-like. Extremely disorganised and lacks of clear strategy

      Pros

      Flat hierarchies, and has retained some entrepreneurial sprit. Just the right size. Interesting and broad tasks with freedom in the own area of work. Knowledgeable appreciating managers paired with friendly professional colleagues.

      Cons

      offices are a bit basic and can be cramped at times. benefits are far below industry standard. Due to the small size scarce career opportunities.
