Pros

Percepta is a forward-looking and thinking company that does a great number of things very well. From adopting and implementing cutting-edge branding and recruiting technologies, to employing a full-time global compensation department and affiliated wage parity program, I was impressed by the number of proactive initiatives I encountered. I was also pleased to see the focus on employee retention by the HR department, something Percepta does very well (and something I haven't always seen as a focus at other employers).

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
