We are sorry to hear that you had a negative training experience, including a lack of the necessary tools and contacts needed to assist customers. Our training organization strives to design and deliver training that gives our new hires as much hands-on practice as possible with all agent tools, including training environments and high-fidelity simulations. We also work hard to incorporate real casework, customer scenario handling, and role plays into training, to give our agents a realistic experience they can carry into day 1 readiness. Percepta L&D has also recently revised its trainer standards to increase focus on a learning experience that includes access to systems; is engaging and participative for all learners; is engaging and meaningful; and emphasizes learn-by-doing and feedback and debriefing. We have also updated our end-of-training learner experience survey to open a channel for agents to directly share detailed feedback on what can be improved, and we review these responses and make adjustments to training regularly. Nonetheless, we always recognize that training can be improved and greatly value continued feedback and insights from our learners, trainers, and operations teams to help guide positive changes.
