Pros
Get to travel a lot Some very good people work for Perficient Never had any issue with taking pre-planned vacations / holidays Will be able to work in multiple client settings, varied experience
Cons
Cutthroat, honestly seems to be in short supply among many employees who are primarily concerned with personal advancement Billing is the only thing important, developing careers, placement of right person in right position is only important if it meets the needs of Perficient, NOT of the employee's career desires or interests 1/3 of bonus is withheld and paid at the end of the next 6 month cycle, ends up seeming like a tool to improve retention Perficient has higher turnover rates than other consulting firms All offices function in different fashions and many projects staffed by multiple offices. Causes a lot of "well, it is their project" responses when issues arise with projects/client/internal management.
