      You get to know a multicultural team, work with amazing people and leaders. You learn about a lot of things in Technology and also about leadership. You are immersed in a culture that has a lot of openness where people are really open to giving and receiving feedback.

      Cons

      Sometimes you can find that people have to multitask a lot and because of this, you can find some micro-management.

      Some of the most professional people I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      There is no formal path to career advancement. It's very subjective and depends on your reporting manager to advocate heavily for you. Unfortunately, this means that getting head usually requires finding a new role.
