Pros
Very laid-back, fun environment. Job was simple. Easy reporting. Constant training/mentoring. Sales VP was incredibly good at what he did.
Cons
Sales commission literally impossible to hit due to the draw; no one has achieved it ever. New procedures and policies every few days to weekly. Hire and fire mentality.
