Performance Settlement interview questions

Applied online, received a phone call by Kerrick the next day. Our call led to an in person 1-on-1 interview on the outside patio. We talked for about 40 minutes regarding the position and the companies vision with today's market. After waiting for a few days, I received an offer letter of employment. It matched exactly what we discussed in person so I gladly accepted.

They tell you that you can make 6 to 8 K a month. LIE!!!! Tell you that it's a fun environment. Ask you if you're considering management in order to make you think that you're going to grow with this company. Everything is a lie! You'll be gone in less than 3 months.
