6yWe appreciate your feedback and are sorry to learn you felt undervalued as an employee. While we do attempt to formally evaluate employee performance on an annual basis, managers and employees are encouraged to discuss performance and areas of improvement regularly. We believe continual monitoring and ongoing discussions regarding performance and goals help drive our employees to be more successful. Moreover, our policy does not expressly prohibit salary increases; however, our compensation structure is driven by adding clients, increasing productivity, and outperforming the competition. As a result, Performant’s compensation structure—comprised of base pay plus incentive pay for accomplishing specific goals—is designed to reward employees who help the company achieve client goals by delivering dollars back to our clients. The incentive portion rewards employees for performance and has no cap. This means an employee has unlimited earning potential.
