Pros

salary was above average. Good benefits. Other than that it depends on what day it is, or even what time of day

Cons

My supervisor was threatening, unethical, and created a hostile work environment. She would call employees in her office and demand to know what was going on in their personal lives, she would tell employees they had a target on their back and not to trust anyone. She would write up employees for mistakes she made to keep management from finding out. Management was just as bad. Also there were no raises, ever. Company policy

Pros

Decent pay, however, not competitive

Cons

Terrible communication, baiting and switching starting with interview process, impossible productivity standards forcing unpaid overtime or you are threatened constantly with your job, gaslighting employees by saying they are the only ones not meeting productivity then finding out other nurses are working long hours past their shift to meet the “minimum requirements” set forth by management, not technologically advanced- unable to work wirelessly via VPN as with most companies so you are not mobile and have to obtain “approval” to work in other locations, never hear what you do right, only what you do wrong, ignored for requests to move up or better utilize your skills within the department, emails with concerns go largely ignored, no one speaks up in meetings for fear of retaliation or just simply knowing that saying anything does nothing. Barely any PTO to accrue other than to use for emergencies and MD appts. Unable to request time off in advance around the holidays- so you are unable to book a vacation anywhere because you just have to hope and guess that you are picked to have your request honored.
