Pros
Co-workers are like family, everyone is friendly. They are flexible about work hours as long as the work gets done and you do a great job. Both differ depending on what department you work in.
Cons
Upper management is the companies own worst enemy. Every opportunity to change is too little, too late. Creativity is very minimal. Compensation is much lower than the national average, many years without any bonuses for most of the company. Shaky future for the company.
