Pros

Team dynamic, outstanding clinical care, supportive member experience team, and genuine care and concern for members by clinical and ancillary support staff.

Cons

Upper management is shady and will sell you on lies in order to suck you in, drain the life out of you like a vampire, then dispose of you. Communication between upper management and regular staff is relatively nonexistent. Bad business planning and decisions are dropped upon you with little to no notice, and their advertising is false and misleading with the promise of free testing supplies, only to have communication systems that badger members with unnecessary touch points. Services are not free and now that the PHE is over and copays will be charged and collected, these underserved members on fixed incomes are going to either bail completely, or become stressed out trying to find the financial means to continue.

Pros

Great company mission - wonderful feeling at the end of the day helping people who really need it!

Cons

pay periods can be inconsistent since moving to a new parent company, but they are ironing out the bugs with the transition.
