I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Perry Health
Interview
The interview process lasted about two weeks and was an overall positive experience. Most of the interviewers were kind and approachable, which made the process enjoyable. I appreciated the startup vibe in most of the interactions. However, my final interview had a more big corporate tone—a setting where I tend to feel less comfortable. If you're considering applying, be prepared to answer typical questions about your strengths and what you bring to a team. That might have been a factor in not being selected for the role. Despite this, it was a good experience overall.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Perry Health (New York, NY) in Jan 2023
Interview
5 rounds including HM round. they had a very helpful coordinator, but the team themselves did not seem very engaged throughout the interview process. overall a little chaotic/unorganized but typical of their size
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Perry Health in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process was very encouraging with Perry Health. I was given an assignment before my first interview, which was new to me, but very much a respected part of the process. The fact that the team cared about my skill set and wanted to assess my knowledge base beforehand which was impressive. My first interview was with the Medical Director, followed by an interview with the Medical Director and the clinical manager. A following meeting with the clinical manager revealed a job offer.

Question 1
I honestly cannot remember specific questions but the interviews were very laid back. Questions were asked of me and I felt very comfortable asking questions of the them interviewers.
