Pros
There are literally zero pros to working at Perry Health.
Cons
-Terrible work/life balance; You're basically monitored your entire workday having to either document minutes on calls, prep time, documentation, etc. Have had multiple co-workers share they skip their lunch breaks. You honestly can barely even use the bathroom during the day or else you're not hitting their required "utilization metric" for the day. -Most micromanaged I've ever been in my life; Management is terrible with communication too and you can tell they've never truly lead a team or had difficult conversations. If you disagree with one thing they do, you're already in their bad graces and they're watching you from there on out. -Cares about nothing but your call length/time; You can talk about rainbows and butterflies with your patients for all they care. As long as they can bill Medicare and eventually the client, they just want you to keep them on the line. -You go to bed worried about whether or not you've hit your metrics; Most anxiety-inducing job I have ever had. -Triggering at times; If you're not religious, patients will try to convert you on the line. Many Pastors/Preachers are members. -I honestly have more to say but just run. Even thinking about the time I spent with this company makes me feel icky. It is not worth the impact it will have on your mental health and there are many other companies out there who may not pay as much, but they will treat you waaaay better than how you'll be treated at Perry. Just trust me on this. Please. (You can clearly see how the reviews have gotten worse over time. Take that into account as evidence.)
