Pros
- The CEO and the rest of the executive team seem honest, direct and transparent. - The onboarding process is quite great, as many people across different teams make sure you're feeling welcomed and are getting to know the company and different colleagues (even during this COVID-19 outbreak). - There's an environment of trust, meaning you have some freedom in terms of choosing your hours and working from home as long as you deliver the value you're asked to deliver. - The new office in Madrid is amazing, both in location and amenities. - The culture in general is very nice from what I've seen so far, and it's very international as well, allowing you to work with people from so many different countries and backgrounds. - The HR team is extremely nice.
Cons
- Just like at many other startups, some processes (such as promotions and career path progressions) are just now being defined, which can be a negative or a positive thing.
