Too much micromanagement, meaningless KPIs, almost unachievable targets (and obviously the problem is not that they are too high and unrealistic, but that you are not good enough and don't know how to do your job). Lack of communication and absolutely no transparency (which happens to be one of their operating principles: "We share all relevant information and communicate the reasons behind our decisions", this is a complete lie and many decisions are taken without communicating the reason behind them). There is no career plan within Personio and there is a lot of external recruitment instead of opting for internal talent. Very clear favoritisms and biased decisions. Depending on who you are and how you get along with management your actions will have different consequences. In a nutshell, avoid Personio, definitely not the best place to work and pursue a career in sales, except if you work for the German market.
