Hello, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Personio is currently going through a period of tremendous growth. Our teams are expanding, processes are evolving, and with that our customer support services and product offering is being extended as well. All to make sure we can keep exceeding customer expectations. We’re aware that with all of that growth, comes a bit of ambiguity and it can feel chaotic at times. But this also gives us the opportunity to learn and grow every day, which is exactly what we want to be doing at our stage of business. Nonetheless, we always want to enable our teams to do their best work, and we are already working to implement new and different training and adding to our processes that are already in place – both for our leaders and for Personios throughout the Sales team. Leadership is also continually working to evolve our go to market strategy and how we execute on it, collaborating across the company to ensure strong execution.
