We hear your concerns about the benefits, culture and management, and appreciate this feedback - in fact we’re already making some improvements in these areas. Regarding the benefits, it indeed took a while for us to set the health insurance in Spain with our provider, it's now available for all, and we're sorry you encounter this difficulty.
On the company culture, we work with teammates with 15 different nationalities from various backgrounds and ways of communicating, but we do think that our culture is a common ground where we need efficient communication on both ways. We know this balance isn’t always easy to strike, and we’re continuously working to improve it.
That said, we never discontinue working with a teammate just based on one aspect like communication, it's an overall assessment of the work done (with both soft and hard skills). That's why we can't accept any allegations towards discriminating neurodivergent people.
