- Very intense interview process but at least they communicate steps well on their careers website

- Dissonance between the culture they think they have and the culture they actually have.
- Ableist attitude towards neurodivergent people - they seem accepting and accommodating until the situation comes when you need support and accommodations.
- Very inflexible, strict and devoid of creativity work environment
- They keep saying that they look for people who fit the company culture but actually they look for people who work and communicate exactly like them - any variety, differences, or different communication styles are being dismissed or considered "unsuitable" for the company.
- I have never been in a company where people were let go because of their communication style - not anything major happening, not questionable behaviour, etc., just "not communicating well".
