      Pros

      A very good work/life balance : - 4-days week + many perks - full-remote, with off-sites - international culture - good compensation The product itself has an excellent reputation on the lead generation market, with a strong presence in the US. The company has a steady growth and there's a tremendous potential to widen its audience and cover more lead gen use-cases. From a product perspective, there's a very interesting challenge to simplify the user experience. There were excellent recent hires in Customer Experience, Marketing and Product team that put the company in a great position to achieve its goals.

      Cons

      Being a self-funded company, we must be careful where we invest our time and money. But it's also stimulating and empowering. Before joining, I was worried about the negative reviews from 2022 and it was one of the first thing I asked in the hiring process. The story is that it resulted from a bad hire in the executive committee and although that toxic person had quickly been fired, it led to some departures. The founders have learned their lesson the hard way.

      Pros

      Chance to work with very experienced professionals in their field Amazing benefits No micromanagement whatsoever Fully trusted to do your job Great Salary Great Projects Great access to tools to help you excel in your role Overall, PhantomBuster has been a great experience for me.

      Cons

      The 35h work week sometimes made it hard to schedule interviews with important stakeholders and candidates causing the hiring process to take up to 3 weeks per role.
