Pros
It was close to my house, that is really all I can think of.
Cons
You are told you are being hired permanent, but to get you in faster, they will have you go through a temp agency, then after the 4 month temporary period you will be hired. First thing when you start here, you hear from others how fast the turn over is. Every week there would be someone (or several people) that just disappears from the job and no one tells you why they are no longer there. Some do not even last 2 weeks. When you are in training and you mention any concerns they tell you not to worry, if they don't like what you are doing, they will let you know and as long as no one is calling you into the office you are fine. One day as my 4 months was coming near an end, I left work and got a phone call that they 'ended my contract'. The temp agency would not tell my why, just that PharMerica ended the contract. I was filling my quota every day, you had to make at least 72 phone calls per day and I was making over 80 per day. I never had anyone come to me and say I was doing anything wrong or that there was any problem. Another bad thing about this place is one supervisor would tell everyone to do something a certain way, then 2 days later, another supervisor from another department, sends out an email scolding everyone for doing this very thing. This happened several times in the short time I was there. There were also emails sent out to everyone from one supervisor telling everyone else not to come talk to the employees in her department, and not to be seen in their area. (The problem is often you HAD to talk to them about work) You are treated worse than little kids.
