Poor communication both within department and within company as a whole. Limited resources in regards to technology despite size of company.
401k matching disappeared per-pandemic / pre-BrightSpring Health Services merger and had not been brought back when I left in 2022.
Lack of transparency on ethical issues; disturbing reports of how BHS facilities were run surfaced in the media with substantial reporting. Nothing was ever said to my department of the company. (Yes, I am aware that Legal restricts communications on active cases/issues but things could have been done to reassure employees that changes were being made and the allegations were taken seriously).
