I can only speak for the Virginia Beach location. I know nothing about other locations
- ZERO follow through from management
- unrealized expectations of certain employees and in-house positions
- antiquated software
- no unit cohesion if your not part of the "in" crowd currently led by the lead tech
- current lead tech has no leadership skills, only dictating ability, poor communication
- lead tech more interested on personal appearance than job
- garbage pay, company gives crap for pay raises
- chronic company violations by floor techs
- possible HIPPA violations from excessive & unauthorized phone use
- little to no proper training unless preferred by the lead tech and only in order entry
far too many other issues that was brought up to corporate and the parent company that likely wont be addressed
