Pros
People are relatively approachable, from the staff up to the bosses. Great benefits package. Very dynamic work environment although not as fast-paced and cutthroat as FMCG companies.
Cons
There is no promotion policy and clear career path. Some of the employees retired doing the same things for 30 years. There is no mentoring culture and proper evaluation system. There are also employees who have stayed for decades despite their unsatisfactory work ethics and capabilities just because they are backed up by union.
