Great company. Dated methods.

Pros

The Editorial team was dedicated to quality, very meticulous to details, and very knowledgeable about their respective fields, and its impact on the country. It was sometimes overwhelming, but mostly impressive, to see how passionate the editorial team were.

Cons

Methods were quite dated. Quite an old software, and hard to believe this was the most updated it could be. Then I was told that there actually were more updated versions, but the company simply chose not to update. These dated methods results in some significant inefficiencies, such as unnecessary use of paper, having to work overtime, and even production of two editions because the first one submitted for printing would have errors. I should think this old and very established company could invest in updating their operations.
