Never ever join company - Software Developer Phoenix Infomedia Employee Review

I have been working here for 3 years now and just celebrated my 3rd year anniversary. You can google for pics of the team parties we have here. Its a lovely company with family type atmosphere. From time to time, TLs (like me) and PMs review performances and based on that some people get rewards and some are asked to improve. I know people here who have worked here for 4-5 yrs and some who left also joined back due to the lovely culture here and award winning apps & web projects. Yes our CEO comes once or sometimes twice a year and does annual performance review and as a result many new hirings are done and some poor performing people or the ones with bad work ethics & attitude get fired, just like in any other company. Good ones do get rewards. Some who leave, take out their frustration on social media by writing bad company etc but I am sure they won't be able to articulate exactly what is bad here. We have a small team and office in London as well, our CEO has written many charitable guides to help Indians In London as well as for App startups and entrepreneurs in London and has personally coded the intranet software we use to manage projects, tasks and timesheets. Sometimes have to work in night from home to deliver US based projects. But I guess thats common in other companies too

Friendly family type atmosphere, motivating management, challenging quality projects, good work ethics Although I am leaving now in a month's time for a better opportunity but I can heartily recommend this company and its nice family like atmosphere. I have learned a lot while working here on some very challenging projects and have made long lasting friends as well. Hoping to have a fun farewell party and warm bye byes. farewell parties here are also the occasions when you can meet some ex employees of this company as many ex employees love to come and meet the friends they made here.

I wish they could offer me more salary so I didn't have to leave. ;(
