      Pros

      -Nice people to work with, -Helped ease me into corporate world as this was my first job. -Medium sized company, so the interaction with senior level managers was constant -Good work life balance -Location was easily accessible -The HR and management addressed every query and problems -Helped in training

      -Salary is less, can pay a little more to those who stay longer -There is no cab services -Promotion takes a little longer than I had hoped

      Two Seniors are good and other are very rude in nature happy working env.

      Cons

      No knowledge increment No party at all .. if it happen happen u have to contribute 50rs min , no BAR for MAX. ...even in BOSS birthday you have to contribute. fake promises on salary increment HIRE and FIRE policy BOSS out of INDIA.. whenever come fire anyone without any reason No management rude seniors behaviour,... never help juniors Not a single project don't know why and how thay are giving salary
