Pros

With the Luverne plant closing lots of Saturday's and overtime will be available at Cold Spring since they now have to do the work of two plants.

Cons

People first sounds good but isn't reality. They can't even give a severance to anybody but management when they close a plant. Money first would be more accurate. They changed Gold N Plump's computer system over to theirs when they bought it out and it's twice as time consuming and you can't find half the information you could before. Also alot more paperwork. Company management is clueless. They though 60-100 people would move their families in the middle of the school year to another work at another plant. Somebody who was a Gold N Plump employee for 25 years was sent out on an errand when she got back all the people that worked for her fired and and lead out the backdoor to not make a scene and she was told they fired them when she got back thet were and she was told what happened and fired her to.
