Pros

You can assault threaten and talk trash to employees as well as customers if you are a gm or know people in corporate.

Cons

Horrible company, worked a year and a half there average 40-50 hours a week last performance review was in top 25% of store. Was ASAULTED by a female team lead ,(yes im male) 3 different times in front of three seperate managers who did nothing as they feared her connections from corprate. She was the biggest person in the store and aggresive. Nothing was ever done after she was reported by another employee for conspiracy to assault me (yet again) and to lie to the cops in front of two witnesses she said no one would belive me because i was a man with a record and she was a woman. Gustavo, the regional manager of store 385 promised me she, (kelli), was getting fired and id go back from 20 hrs to full time. Was fired a week later, the day before my week of pto and my pto stolen. I was blacklisted nationwide. The team lead was never fired... I literally covered about 50 shifts in the year and a half and only three times did someone else non management cover a shift i didnt take. when I called in the two three times i did they said they werent even going to attempt to cover my shift as I was the ONLY dedicated employee outside of some management and a overworked employee that worked the kitchen. out of nearly 30 people. The general manager that is there now is horribly rude and since she took over in April of last year I have never heard a good thing from the regulars or any of the employees. Fix your procedure pilot. You took a top rated store with an amazing gm and you ran it into the ground due to corruption and lack of integrity. You can put as much money as you want into the remodel and people are still gonna refuse to spend money when the gm literally sits there doing nothing but mean mugging every person who comes into the store. I used to think you guys were a respectable company but your management has no integrity and will do whatever you and they can to protect undeserving senior management and cover your behind from a lawsuit.

Pros

Pay is decent for Knoxville Benefits are good Coworkers are the only thing holding this place together

Cons

The culture has taken a nosedive. The new CFO sets the tone, and that tone is basically “I don’t care.” That attitude trickles down through leadership and it shows in every decision being made. The return‑to‑office mandate is a perfect example. It’s not about productivity — it’s about control. People with long commutes are burning hours of their lives just to sit in the office on Zoom calls they used to take from home. Morale is the lowest it has ever been. Entire teams have been gutted because people are quitting faster than they can be replaced. The workload dumped on whoever stays is unsustainable. Communication from leadership is cold, dismissive, and out of touch. Feedback goes nowhere. Concerns are brushed off. Decisions are made with zero regard for how they impact employees. Constant reorganizations create chaos. Roles change overnight, expectations shift constantly, and employees are expected to absorb more and more with no support. The company used to feel people‑focused. Now it feels like a machine that’s grinding down the very people who keep it running.
