Pros
Good pay, fair room for for advancement. Not opposed to you working multiple positions, though not at the same time, of course. Just prove that you're capable of doing so. Will keep you as long as they can, and has no problem giving full time, if you earn it. Benefits are great, decent vacation after being full time for long enough (a year gets you a week, and another week after 2 years). Fast paced, good if you have ADD, like myself.
Cons
You have to make it your life, if you want to make it worth your while and theirs. Not much room for advancement past lower management, not easily at least. High focus on perfection, but without enough tools or resources to achieve such. Uncomfortable amount of red tape for what should be simple requests. If there's ever a corporate visit, which happen every 3 MO the or so, expect each and every manager to take a 2 hour lunch and a 3 hour walk through the premises.
