      1. work from home 2. mutliple technologies to work in (C++, C#, Java Springboot, SQL)

      Cons

      1. Varying pay strucuture, not any standard across the designations. 2. Too much focus on people management, rather than producing quality product. 3. From a tech first org, in couple of years has changed to tech last org.
