It is great to know that there is enough work to keep you busy with the variety of clients that we work for.
Deadlines itself means the end of a timeline and yes there are times when the type of project is at a shorter and more stringent time line. However we see now that processes are streamlined we are trying to meet them without too many challenges as long as it’s planned well.
We do have a lot of work coming in, but please do not feel overworked as we have had several initiatives in the past few months that help employees take paid time off work and people loved it . You should try it if you haven't.
Infact we are more than happy to see people leave on time and absolutely no need to judge at all as it’s your right to leave when work is done. And by the way we finish work at 6:30pm. :)
If work is planned and completed and you are able to leave on time, it automatically helps you balance work and personal life .
You are only asked to do something at the end of the day when a deliverable is urgent. Work together as a team to finish it off. After all it's the commitment to work well that keeps us ahead of the game. Would you want anything less for yourself? 😊
