Many are smart and want to do things. Decisions are done quite fast. You have good feeling to improve the healthcare system. Managers seem to be well connected with customers.
Cons
Very high pressure every day so everyone is stressed and work extra hours. We had colleagues burned out because of work but the company don't talk about it and no effort to solve. Many management consultants hired that do not know how to operate and create a good environment. Power games played by management and the managers are average. Some were part of public scandals like Karolinska and BCG. Often chaotic environment with lots of confusing changes and messages. This is not a place you learn and grow. They are interested only in the company valuation, their reputation and money. The culture is not ok. Good people left, many think to leave. Don't recommend, there are better companies there.
