Access to new technologies, solid technical knowledge base and support. Nice offices in good locations, good coffee machine and access to company phone and laptop. Ability to work from home in hybrid roles but sites personnel is almost exclusively on site.

Lack of clear career progression path and support for operational and technical roles. "Investor in people" became "Investor in directors". No coaching or mentoring programs, poor benefits and bonus schemes. Expectation is to self motivate to do extra, work extra, deliver extra, go above and beyond for a "keep up the good work" as a reward.
