Pros
I used to believe in this company. The founder was a good man who understood the value of a gentleman's hand shake. His word was his bond. No matter what your position was within the company, he treated you like family.
Cons
The current president, Coley Herrin, brags about himself and his educational background. His main concern is the "bottom line". The founder may have not had the same educational background as Mr. Herrin, but he led this company to greatness. If you want to put 10+ years of your heart and soul into a company, only to be let go after you are no longer "profitable or valuable" to Mr. Herrin....then, this is your company. The pain PDI has caused many former employees and their families, is beyond horrible.
